1 - General Information
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on our webshop on www.reyoga.eu.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using any of ReYoga’s services.
2 - Contractual partner
The contract is concluded with Re Yoga Srl Società Benefit (referred to as “ReYoga” or “we”)

ReYoga is a registered enterprise from Ancona with the local number REA AN-206200. All products sold in the online shop are sold by ReYoga
ReYoga is responsible for the selling and distribution of products, client management, and eventual reclamations as indicated in these terms and conditions.
Once you accept our terms and conditions by clicking on the respective box in the check-out phase of your order (obligatory), those terms apply.
3 - Registration and Account
You can register and create an account with ReYoga or choose to purchase as a guest without creating an account. Please note that many services and promotions offered by ReYoga are available only for customers who registered an account.
In any case, please make sure that the information inserted is accurate and complete. It is your responsibility to update your account information (billing address, shipping address, phone number, etc.) to ensure correct shipping and invoicing.
4 - Product pictures and description
ReYoga aims to show product pictures and colors in the most accurate way possible. However, depending on different devices (mobile or other displays) product colors may appear slightly different.
5-Pricing
Product prices are indicated on the product page and don’t include shipping rates. ReYoga reserves the right to change the prices of products without further notice.
Shipping rates will be visible during check-out once you insert your shipping address and may vary depending on the shipping destination. Before completing your order, the total price including shipping rate and taxes is visible on the check-out page.
If you choose to pay by bank wire, please proceed with the payment right away. Unpaid orders will be deleted automatically after 5 working days.
For clients with a shipping address in the European Union, the VAT percentage rate of the shipping destination applies. The VAT rate will be visible during check-out once the shipping address has been inserted.
6-Transparancy for discounts and promotions
It is possible that periodically some products or services are available for a discounted price. This price is communicated as a discount amount or discount percentage. The original price always remains visible.
The original price is the price of the product at least 30 days before the start of the promotion as indicated by Italian law (DECRETO LEGISLATIVO 7 marzo 2023, n. 26) and the EU directive 2019/2161.
7 - Customized products
If your order contains a customized product (Name or Logo print on the product) the following terms and conditions apply:
- For customized products, ReYoga only accepts the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or bank wire.
- The preparation of your customized product takes up to 5 business days as soon as payment was received (please consider that bank wire transactions are credited to our account in 2-3 working days).
- If your order contains additional products, please note that ReYoga will ship all products in one shipment as soon as the customized product is ready. The shipping time depends on the destination, it usually takes 3-5 working days for our packages to arrive.
- ReYoga does not accept returns for customized products (except for production errors).
- In case of customization with a logo print (available for Yoga teachers and Yoga studios only), a mockup has to be approved before we start processing your order.
Print type and color:
- All prints for customized products are white
- max. characters for names or words printed on the yoga mat is 12
- max. print dimension is 10 cm for logos
- Customization is possible only in the left lower corner of the Yoga mat on the opposite side of our ReYoga Logo. You cannot choose a different position for the logo or name on your mat.
8 - Shipping
When finishing your purchase, you will be asked to enter a shipping address.
The shipping rate will be calculated according to your shipping destination.
EU-Mainland shipping starts at 4,90 Euros.
Shipping costs vary for different countries.
Shipping to Switzerland starts at 19,90 Euro (delivery times 3 – 5 working days)
Additional costs for customs duties and any taxes have to be borne by the customer.
Shipping is free for orders above 200 Euros (EU Mainland only)
Free shipping does not apply to island destinations or countries outside of the EU.
Delivery times vary from 2-6 working days depending on the destination.
Our Warehouse processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or on Italian public holidays. Processing may require more time in case of address errors, special requests, or custom documents.
All orders including a customized product require 5 additional working days for processing.
You will be sent a shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your shipment left our warehouse. Tracking numbers might not be active for 24-48 hours. To track your shipping please check the tracking number regularly. Transit times vary for each country and courier chosen.
Shipping time indications are estimated and are not guaranteed.
ReYoga is not responsible or liable for delays outside of our control. For shipping outside of EU customs zones you will be charged all taxes and fees for customs.
ReYoga does not refund those taxes in any case.
9 - Pre-orders
ReYoga sometimes offers the possibility to pre-order a selection of products when they are currently out of stock but are about to be restocked. These products can only be ordered while the offer is ongoing and will not be shipped before the specified date (indicated on the product page). If your order contains other products as well, the order will still not be shipped before the re-stock of your pre-ordered products. If you choose to pay via bank wire please make sure to insert the payment right away.
If we don’t receive your payment within 3 working days, your order will be automatically canceled. There is only a limited number of products available to pre-order. The offer can be terminated by ReYoga at any time without further notice. The discount and the respective shipping date of pre-order products are indicated in the product details. As soon as the pre-order campaign is finished and/ or the products return in stock, they will be available at the full price. Pre-order discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or bonus codes. You can purchase max. 5 pre-order products. Bigger orders will be deleted and reimbursed automatically without further notice.
10 - Billing
If you own a European VAT-ID and you need a fiscal invoice for your order please contact us BEFORE ordering via email to customercare@reyoga.eu An order confirmation will be sent via email. Customers with Italian tax numbers have to insert their PEC and Codice Univoco together with their P. IVA (tax number) the moment they place an order to make sure an electronic invoice is issued. If the data is not correct or not inserted at all, no invoice will be issued!
11 - Returns
ReYoga accepts returns up to 14 days from the delivery date of your order as stated in the Italian Consumer law: Decreto Legislativo 2 Febbraio 2014, n.21 – Diritti dei consumatori.
To request a return, you have to fill out our Product Return Form (button below) within 14 days of the reception (delivery date) of your order and ship the products within another 14 days.

You are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse and no refund will be made until they are received. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number.
Make sure to use the original packaging or an ideal packaging to avoid transport damage.
No refunds will be issued before the arrival and inspection of the products.
ReYoga reserves the right to decline refunds in full or partially for products that have been used (and present visible signs of usage), changed, or damaged , (Art. 57 comma 2 del DL. 21 febbraio 2014, n. 21).
ReYoga offers the possibility to organize return shipping for youand hereby takes responsibility for the correct arrival of the package once it was successfully picked up by our courier. This optional return shipping service has a cost of 9,90 EURO which will be deducted from your refund or voucher.
To initiate this option, simply select it in the return form.
For all returns, you can choose whether you want to receive a refund or a voucher to use for your next order / to exchange the product.
Once the goods have been delivered to us, we will assess their condition, then inform you of the method of reimbursement, either by e-mail or by telephone, which will take place depending on the method of payment chosen at the time of purchase, no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
To exchange a product a voucher will be issued which can be used to order a different product. ReYoga cannot process direct exchanges.
The return shipping service is free for products that arrived with a production error or when we shipped the wrong product, color, or size.
Gift Cards and customized products purchased on www.reyoga.it or any subdomain cannot be returned or refunded..
When purchasing virtual products, the customer has the right to revoke the purchase contract with ReYoga within 14 days from the order date, without giving any reason.strong>
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, ReYoga must be informed in writing, by means of a clear statement that the customer exercises his right of withdrawal and wishes to revoke this contract by e-mail to customercare@reyoga.eu.
Returns from Switzerland
ReYoga accepts returns up to 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
All return costs from Switzerland, shipping, including customs duties and any taxes, have to be paid by the customer.
Shipping costs or customs duties paid by the customer at the time of receiving the order are not refunded.
We do not accept returns for customized products except for manufacturing defects.

The customer will be fully responsible for verifying that all applicable duties and taxes are charged directly to them. If ReYoga is asked to pay for duties or taxes upon arrival of the returned goods, we will deduct them from the amount to be refunded.
The customer is responsible for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you return the package with a tracking number so that the courier can assist in case of problems.
We reserve the right to assess the item that it is not damaged or tampered with and that it is in perfect condition, otherwise the value of the product will be devalued. We recommend to send the item back in its original packaging.
To request a return you must fill out our return form before sending the package.
12 - Review Regulation
The reviews on all ReYoga websites and subdomains are provided exclusively by users and clients who have previously purchased the particular product. All reviews are published by ReYoga after a verification by ReYoga who reserves the right to delete reviews which contain vulgarities, offensive, sexual or violent language or hate speech.
All other reviews are published no matter their score or content, to guarantee our clients maximal transparency. The system used for ReYoga reviews is part of the reyoga.it Website and owned by ReYoga who can prove this in any moment, if necessary, as by the Italian law: DECRETO LEGISLATIVO 7 marzo 2023, n. 26 and the EU directive 2019/2161.
13 - Warranty
The legal warranty for all products is two years but does not apply if products have been handled incorrectly. Please read the product description for all information about the care and maintenance of products.
14 - Gift Cards
If you purchase a gift card, a gift card code will be sent via email to you or directly to the person you want to give it to. It can be used for the purchase of physical products on www.reyoga.eu by inserting it in the respective field when checking out. The gift card amount is subtracted from the order total of the products. Gift card amounts do not apply to shipping costs. Gift cards are valid for 365 days after the purchase (paid order) and cannot be returned or refunded.
15 - Copyright and Trademark
All photographs, illustrations, or descriptions of products that we created in Italian or any other language are protected by copyright of ReYoga and cannot be used without the previous consent of the copyright owner. The name “ReYoga” is a copyright protected, registered trademark.
16 - Wholesale and Business Customers
There is no free shipping for Wholesale or other Business orders. Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the weight and destination of the order at checkout. Transit time is 2-6 working days depending on the destination.
All sales to Business Customers are final, returns will only be accepted if a product is defective.
17 - Jurisdiction and responsible court
Every controversy regarding the application, execution, interpretation or violation of the buying contract agreed to online via www.reyoga.it underlie Italian law and jurisdiction. For every dispute between ReYoga and a client, the local laws apply. ReYoga and the client have the right to appeal to a jurisdiction authority like the Chamber of Commerce to receive advice on the matter.
