Orders and Account
Do I have to create an account?
You can check out as a guest without creating an account if you wish to do so. We strongly recommend creating an account by inserting a password because when logging in you can easily manage your information, addresses, and orders. Your address will be saved for future purchases. We do have special offers for registered customers. Subscribe to our newsletter to not miss out on any promotions.
Why is it important that my information is entered correctly?
We kindly ask you to be thorough when entering your data.
Having your correct personal data is crucial for us when we need to contact you regarding any problems with your order or shipment. An incorrect shipping address will delay shipping. You will not receive any shipping updates, order confirmations, or other details regarding your order if you insert an incorrect email address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card/debit card, or PayPal.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you have already received the shipping confirmation it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. If you want to cancel or modify your order before having received a shipping notification, please email us to customercare@reyoga.eu.
Where can I see the status of my order?
After you have placed an order, you can see the order status by logging into your account.

How do I apply a discount code or coupon to my order?
During check out you can insert a discount code or coupon in the respective box.
Important: Discount codes and vouchers only apply to products NOT shipping costs. To complete your order, you must pay for shipping even if you use a voucher or discount code.
Returns and Refunds
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns up to 14 days from the delivery date of your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used, changed, or damaged. Please return all items in their original packaging to avoid damage during the return shipping.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To request a return please fill out our Product Return Form.
You can choose whether you want to receive a refund (please note that shipping costs are non-refundable) or a voucher to use for your next order / to exchange the product.
Returns from Switzerland:
The customer has to pay all return costs from Switzerland, including shipping, customs duties, and any taxes.
Before sending a return, please fill out our form for returns from Switzerland.
Do you offer free returns?
We don’t offer free returns. You can send your package on your own cost or have us organize return shipping for 9,90 EUR. It is an ethical choice because to us it is important that orders are placed consciously. That is why in the product descriptions we provide all the information you might need to evaluate if the product purchased is the right one for you. If you are not sure which product might be the right fit, don’t hesitate to contact us, we are happy to be of assistance.
If you receive a wrong product or a product arrives damaged, of course we will pay for the return shipping and send you the correct/new product.
Shipping and Delivery
Are there any shipping costs?
When finishing your purchase, you will be asked to enter a shipping address.
The shipping rate will be calculated according to your shipping destination.
EU-Mainland shipping starts from 4,90 Euros.
Shipping costs vary for different destinations and are calculated once you insert your shipping address.
Shipping is free for orders above 200 Euros (EU Mainland only)
Free shipping does not apply to island destinations and countries outside of the EU.
Switzerland
Shipping from 19,90 Euro (3-5 business days)
Additional costs for customs duties and any taxes will be borne by the customer.
What are the average shipping and delivery times?
Our team processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or Italian national or local public holidays. Processing may require more time in case of address errors, special requests, or custom documents.
All orders including a customized product require 5 working days for processing.
Transit times vary for each country and courier chosen.
The estimated shipping time for Europe Mainland is 2-5 working days.
Care, maintenance, and product choice
What is the best care for my Yoga mat?
Please read the care and maintenance indications of each mat in the description box of the product.
It is important to know that all kinds of rubbers, no matter if natural or synthetic, are prone to some sort of degradation – especially when they are exposed to direct sunlight or heat. Of course, you can practice yoga in the sun, but after your session put your yoga mat back in its bag.
Don’t leave your mat in your car for longer periods, especially when it is hot outside. Keep it away from heat. It can dry out the molecules of the material and harm the mat’s softness and elasticity.
To guarantee the best care for your mat we recommend cleaning it regularly with a mild detergent or soap and a little water (don’t soak!).
Is it normal that my new Yoga mat is slippery?
New yoga mats sometimes have a thin film on the surface resulting from the printing process in their production. If your new mat is slippery, wash it with cold water and delicate soap and let it dry in a ventilated place (no direct sunlight!).
Is it normal that my new Yoga mat smells?
New Yoga mats when fresh from production sometimes have a light odor. It vanishes once the mat is used regularly and is kept in ventilated space for a couple of hours.
Please don’t keep your Yoga mat in direct sunlight.
How often should I clean my Yoga mat?
Please regularly clean your Yoga mat. Contact with your skin and sweat over time can stain your mat and reduce its elasticity and grip.
